Holistic Synergy – Reiki and Alternative Therapies

Holistic Synergy offers a range of alternative therapies to help you achieve your wellness goals, including Reiki, Crystal Body Work, Colour Therapy and Holistic Counselling.

Each session I tailor to meet the clients specific needs or desired outcomes which includes a combination of therapies in one session. Most sessions are different as each client is unique.

Holistic Therapies

Reiki

Reiki is energy based healing which is used to help heal, purify and bring more love and light into our energy field. As we draw more love, light and balance into our energy system we can then experience more health, vitality and wellbeing as our bodies natural healing ability is accelerated. The body now has more life force energy to heal itself.

Reiki has now found its place in the world. In times past it has been dismissed and criticised but as time has gone by more people have opened themselves to receiving Reiki. First timers embrace Reiki as curiosity has been met with surprise.

Crystal Body Work

Placement of crystals on the bodies energy centres or other areas of concern to enhance the healing process.

Colour Therapy

Placement of coloured silks on the body to assist the healing process. I use high quality and high vibrational silk to enhance the healing outcome.

Holistic Counselling

To assist in determining the root cause of a clients needs and understand the best therapeutic approach. Transpersonal therapists encourage client led healing journeys, entrusting and empowering each client within his or her own journey.

Reiki Treatment Room

Reiki

My dedicated room specifically for Healing, prepared with love. I keep this room physically and energetically clean for each person to enhance the session. Using crystals, candles, oils/vibrational sprays and sound within the space as well as intention to promote a better outcome.

About Me

My journey to wellness started in 2013 where I began to look into alternative pathways to achieve a better quality of life. After years of ill health and emotional turmoil mostly brought on by stress, I began my search for a way forward that would be lasting and fulfilling.

I believe there is more to life than just surviving the days and going through the motions. We should be able to thrive, be happy and content.
Healers, Mentors and Teachers began to come into my line of vision as I kept seeking. Little did I know that those first steps would open up not only a way forward, but a healing journey unlike anything I envisioned.

Today I am deeply grateful for everything in my life as my healing journey continues. I’ve taken the next step forward by offering a service to others, who are also ready to begin or have already begun their journey to healing from within.
